Emission Reduction Strategies
Our emissions reduction strategies are based on the philosophy that we must:- contain our growing energy consumption, then
- work toward making our existing infrastructure as energy efficient as possible, then
- purchase the cleanest fuels that we can employ and finally,
- purchase renewable energy to fill our remaining needs or consider emissions reductions efforts off campus to reduce our carbon footprint to an acceptable level.
