Campus Safety & Security Alerts
Crime prevention alerts are provided on a timely basis to inform you of current criminal activity within our community.
A Public Service Announcement from Campus Safety and Security 2/20/09:
Winter Carnival Weekend is here. Students will be attending a variety of events scheduled both on and off-campus. Don’t become the victim of a crime of opportunity. A thief is often aware of the scheduled events for Winter Carnival and will take the opportunity to gain entry into College buildings. He or she will often pretend to be a friend of a student. Remain vigilant and don’t allow strangers to enter the residence halls. Call Campus Safety, x4444, if you have any concerns.
Campus Safety is currently investigating reports of thefts that occurred over the past few weeks. Don’t allow more thefts to occur over the Winter Carnival Weekend.
Remember to remove your valuable items from common areas and secure them in your room before leaving for Winter Carnival activities.
Keep your room locked. It is important for everyone to safeguard their personal property.
Report any suspicious activity to Campus Safety at x4444 or call the Williamstown Police at 458-5733. If you have an emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately.
Make “Wizards and Blizzards ‘09” a fun, safe and crime-free weekend.
