Planning a Conference
The 2010 Conference Season will run from June 18 through August 13. With 90% of our conferences returning year after year, July and early August are our busiest times.
The Conference Office at Williams College will assist you with each important detail of your conference -- from the initial planning through completion.

Before arrival, the Conference Office will:
- Work with you to reach a mutually agreeable contractual arrangement
- Coordinate your conference needs with all other necessary campus departments
- Provide you with preliminary information regarding our campus and conference policies
- Assist you with obtaining goods and/or services for your conference that are not available through the college.
Upon arrival, Summer Conference Operations will:
- Be available to help you with day-to-day concerns
- Supply information regarding area recreational and cultural attractions and events
- Maintain a lost and found center
- Assist you with registration and checkout.
